These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website starlinktrading.com (“the Site”) and the purchase of products from Star Link Trading Co. (LLC). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Accounts

You may browse the Site without an account. To place orders, you may create an account by providing accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

B2B / Wholesale accounts require additional verification:

Valid UAE Trade Licence
VAT registration (TRN), if applicable
Approval is at our sole discretion and usually completed within 1 business day
Wholesale pricing is applied automatically to approved B2B accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe were created fraudulently.

3. Products, pricing, and VAT

All product descriptions and images on the Site are intended as a fair representation but are not contractually binding (specifications may vary slightly between batches).
All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of 5% VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT is calculated and shown at checkout.
We may change prices at any time without notice; the price at the time you place your order is the price that applies.
We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate. In the rare case of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment received.

4. Placing an order

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to buy, not a binding contract. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email or when payment is received and order processing begins.

We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including (but not limited to) if:
– The product is out of stock
– We identify a pricing or description error
– Payment cannot be verified
– We suspect fraudulent activity
– The order cannot be lawfully fulfilled (e.g., restricted product, restricted destination)

If we cancel an order for any of these reasons, any payment you have made will be refunded in full.

5. Payment

We currently accept the following payment methods:

Bank Transfer (preferred): Transfer the total order amount to our Emirates Islamic account using your order reference as the payment reference. Bank details are shown at checkout and emailed with your order confirmation.
Pay on Account (approved B2B customers only): 60-day payment terms apply. Subject to our credit-control checks.

Card payments will be available in future via certified UAE payment gateways. We do not store any card details on our servers.

6. Delivery

We deliver across all seven Emirates of the UAE.

Standard delivery time: 1 to 2 working days from order confirmation.
Delivery fee: AED 15 per order, or FREE on orders above AED 200.
We deliver during business hours (Sunday–Thursday, 9:00–18:00). Weekend and Saturday deliveries are available by arrangement.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided.

7. Returns and refunds

We accept returns within 7 calendar days of delivery for retail customers (with conditions), and within 14 days for B2B customers. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

8. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including infringement of intellectual property or violation of UAE law
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our servers, or any customer accounts
Use automated tools to scrape, mirror, or extract data from the Site
Reproduce, distribute, or use Site content (text, images, product photos, the Star Link logo) commercially without our written permission

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Star Link logo, product descriptions, photographs, layout, and design — is the property of Star Link Trading Co. (LLC) or its content suppliers and is protected under UAE intellectual property law.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Site and the products are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Site or our products.
Our total liability for any direct loss arising from a single order will not exceed the total value of that order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UAE law (for example, liability for fraud or gross negligence).

11. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations to the extent we are prevented by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, port closures, fuel shortages, pandemic restrictions, or supply-chain disruption affecting our suppliers.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The “Last updated” date shows when the most recent revision was made. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
